Top 3 reasons why you should incorporate video feedback into your coaching
- Increase Impact: Help your clients gain objective awareness of the gap between how they perceive themselves and how they actually show up. Learn to coach “discrepancies.”
- Foster Real Change: Close the “knowing-doing” gap by translating awareness of strengths and blind spots into real behavioral change and maintain motivation and engagement throughout the coaching process.
- Expand Your Range: Increase your versatility as a coach by adding a powerful tool to your arsenal. Few coaches currently employ video feedback as part of their coaching practice. Differentiate yourself!
